gratinated meatcakes


A Greek wind blew in the kitchen and I got inspired to do this dish last week. It’s meatcakes topped with stir-fried aubergines, onions, red bell pepper, tomatoes and a generous coat of mozzarella, baked into melty goodness. Hmmmm.

Gravy please, Louis!

    They look delicious! Especially with the lavish mozzarella cheese!
