thursday’s lunch

Sometimes, the simplest of meals can be the most satisfying.

Just fry some salt-and-peppered chicken breasts, toss some salad in balsamic vinaigrette, and throw in some gratinated potatoes.

Makes your eyes go hungry, huh?

    Thank you Tita Mely! :-) It’s true what they say, experience is the best teacher. I wouldn’t have been able to prepare meals like this in Manila, where I’m so dependent on my mom for all the meals on our table.

    Pretty food for a pretty boy, of course. :-)
